The Pregnancy Care Center is a no-cost women's health clinic in Rockford, IL, providing pregnancy and sexual health services, resources, referrals, and education to women and families. We believe each individual has the right to get information from a resource that will not profit from their reproductive health choices. Get private and professional services at no cost to you.

STD TESTING & SEXUAL HEALTH

If you've experienced any of the most common symptoms of an STD, recently had unprotected sex or a change of partners, or are pregnant and considering abortion, it's time to get tested.
